FBI Agents Found Cesar Laurean
The Marine Cpl. named Cesar Laurean who was wanted in the brutal killing of a pregnant colleague Marine Lance Cpl. Maria Lauterbach who had accused him of rape was arrested earlier tonight in Mexico after a three-month international manhunt.
Lauterbach burned remains were found in January in the backyard of his home near Camp Lejeune.Laurean said during his arrest:
“You know my name. You know who I am,” “Proof,”
The FBI said Laurean, 21, is awaiting extradition to the U.S., although local prosecutors in North Carolina cautioned the process could take a year or more.

President Bush Booed Washington Nationals Park March 2008
President Bush threw out the first pitch Sunday night of the new baseball season in DC’s new Washington Nationals Park where the Nationals went against the Braves.But when the President was introduced, you could hear plenty of boos mixed with the applause nonetheless he only smiled, waved to the crowd, and then threw a heater to the catcher.It was a way for the baseball fans to display their discontent with seven years of war, failure, and the imminent recession.

Raul Castro is now allowing ordinary Cuba residents not only to have microwaves, but cellphones also.Many Cubans hope cellphones and new appliances are only the beginning for a post-Fidel Castro government that will improve their lives. Juan Quiala, a retiree living on a $10 monthly pension said:
“I’d love one!” “But how am I going to pay for it?”"Suddenly, there will be a lot more people talking on the phone,” “But not much else will change.”
Nonetheless some people fear that their conversations will be monitored by satellite.

Barack Obama who was introduced by Mayor Bloomberg delivered a major speech on the economy at Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art in New York,today. Obama said that a firmer government hand is needed on Wall Street and a $30 billion stimulus is needed to rescue homeowners and the jobless.Obama pledged to restore confidence in the markets, tackle the housing crisis and protect families from the economic slowdown by:
*Creating 21st century standards for transparency and oversight of the financial system in order to prevent future abuses and crises.
*Providing immediate relief to homeowners hit by the housing crisis.
*Enacting a second stimulus package to stabilize and strengthen the economy, provide aid to homeowners and states hardest-hit by the housing crisis, and extend and expand unemployment insurance.

Father Returns To Kiss Son Goodbye, Saves Family From Fire
A father returned home to kiss his son and ends up saving his family from their burning house.Kevin Roy revealed that he was pulling out of his driveway yesterday when he realized he had forgotten to kiss his 1-year-old son, Koby.Roy said:
“I just wanted to tell him I loved him before I left,” “I pulled up to the end of the driveway and thought, ‘I want to go in and tell him bye,’ because I normally do. It’s just something I do on a daily basis, so I decided to go back in.”“It’s a complete washout,” “We lost everything we have: furniture, clothing, the baby’s crib. It’s just a mess; everything’s gone.”
His fiancee added:
“I couldn’t even see into his room, and I just grabbed him and ran outside.”
Koby’s first birthday party had been planned for this weekend at the family’s home, which was declared a total loss.

David Paterson was sworn in as the new governor of New York State after Gov. Eliot Spitzer also known as “Client 9″ got caught in a prostitution ring.Paterson said:
“We move forward. Today is Monday. There is work to be done,”"There was an oath to be taken. There’s trust that needs to be restored. There are issues that need to be addressed.”
David who became the state’s first black chief executive and nation’s second legally blind governor has some serious issues to handle.

New York Gov. Eliot Spitzer Resigning Wednesday?
According to various reports disgraced New York Gov. Eliot Spitzer may resign as early as tomorrow morning after it was revealed that he had ties with a high-end prostitution ring.
Eliot aka “Client 9,” with his poor wife, Silda, by his side, apologizes to his family and to the public on Monday.
Spitzer who spent more than $15,000 for several encounters with prostitutes will transfer his power to Lt. Gov. David Paterson.

Men Who Do Housework May Get More Sex
Joshua Coleman, a San Francisco-area psychologist and author of “The Lazy Husband: How to Get Men to Do More Parenting and Housework,” who studied numerous couples has revealed that couples who equitably share housework have happier marriage and more frequent sex.Joshua said:
“If a guy does housework, it looks to the woman like he really cares about her — he’s not treating her like a servant,” “And if a woman feels stressed out because the house is a mess and the guy’s sitting on the couch while she’s vacuuming, that’s not going to put her in the mood.”
Additionally the report suggested that men’s contribution to housework had doubled over the past four decades and it found they tripled the time spent on child care over that span.

Helen Keller Photo With Doll Discovered
A photograph of Helen Keller with her teacher Anne Sullivan, surfaced nearly 120 years after it was taken on Cape Cod.The picture was shot in July 1888 in Brewster,when Helen who was only 8 years of age,she is seen sitting outside holding Sullivan’s hand and cradling one of her beloved dolls.According to the New England Historic Genealogical Society’s Helen Selsdon, which now has the photo:
“It’s really one of the best images I’ve seen in a long, long time, an archivist at the American Foundation for the Blind, where Keller worked for more than 40 years. “This is just a huge visual addition to the history of Helen and Annie.”
