Ann Romney Wears $990 Bird Shirt

In the fashion department it appears that Ann Romney can give Michelle Obama a serious run for her money.

Ann Romney who is campaigning to become the First Lady Of The United States appeared on CBS‘s This Morning earlier this week with the future GOP nominee for the 2012 presidential election to talk about the state of the economy, the wars and Osama – but all the focus was on her bird-printed shirt.

It was revealed after the episode was broadcast that Mrs Romney’s colorful blouse which featured a giant fish and bird on the front was designed by Reed Krakoff and costs $990.

Romney is not the only one being scrutinized by the media for her expensive taste in clothing.

The current FLOTUS Michelle Obama like Mariah Carey is a real fashionista herself and was recently spotted in a red and white cardigan by L’Wren Scott that is normally priced between $2,000 and $3,000.
