Anti Gravity Yoga

Anti Gravity Yoga – Anti-gravity yoga that was inspired by the Cirque du Soleil is the latest exercising routine that is taking New York by storm. The founder of the yoga class, former gymnast Christopher Harrison said that it was a mixture of acrobatics, body conditioning, Pilates and gymnastics. He added:

“It’s different from any other workout” .It seems easy but it’s quite strenuous.
You simply use a fabric that you grab and swing from, and sometimes hang upside down from. It’s not for the faint of heart or the easily dizzy. I admit, I’ve never really seen anything quite like this.

Anti-gravity yoga classes are available at the Crunch Gym in New York City.
That’s all we have for now on Anti Gravity Yoga.
