Bill Clinton Offers Help To Barack Obama

Bill Clinton has finally endorsed the Democratic party nominee,Barack Obama.In a short statement released through a spokesman (Matt McKenna),the former President said that he will do all that he can to get Obama elected in November 2008.The statement read:

“President Clinton is obviously committed to doing whatever he can and is asked to do to ensure Senator Obama is the next president of the United States.”

Obama wants to get all the help he can get,including from former rivals the Clintons,he told CNN on Monday:

“They’re going to want to campaign actively on behalf of the Democratic ticket.”"I am going to need them.”

On Bill Clinton,Barack Obama,had this to say:

“one of the most intelligent, charismatic political leaders that we have seen in a generation and he has got a lot of wisdom to impart.”

Barack and Hillary will be campaigning together in New Hampshire on Friday.
