Chase Credit Card Login Online Problems Fixed?

Chase Credit Card Login Online Problems Fixed? – The Chase Online Banking service is still experiencing problems. We first reported on the issue yesterday, when customers were not even able to access the website. It caused a number of problems and kept many from paying their bills. It also raised questions about the automatic bill pay feature that Chase offers their customers. Even though the website was down would customer’s bills still automatically be paid, or should they contact the company themselves and pay the bill via phone?
The company acknowledged that their site was down and asked that their customers contact customer service by phone if they had any questions. It is interesting that they would allow their site to stay down so long, especially because they have been making an effort to switch from paper statements to online-only statements with most of their customers in order to save money.
Chase also said that customers are able to take a look at their statements through their phone, and encouraged customers to do so before calling customer service. It was reportedly a software glitch that caused the downtime, and the company made sure to release a statement letting customers know that their accounts were not at risk.
Customers were also invited to visit a local branch of the bank in order to work out any account problems that they might have. As more customers turn to the internet to manage their money, people spend less time getting to know their bankers.

p.s. A suggestion would be to include a phone number on the website!!!
