Commerce Secretary:Bill Richardson - Bill Richardson who is New Mexico’s Governor will be Commerce Secretary according to sources close to President-elect Barack Obama.Richardson was originally set to be the secretary of State but Hillary Rodham Clinton will be announced for that post after the Thanksgiving holiday.
