David Souter:Justice David Souter To Retire – Justice David Souter who is only 69 years of age has made official this evening that he will retire from the Supreme Court before October.According to NPR:
Souter is expected to remain on the bench until a successor has been chosen and confirmed, which may or may not be accomplished before the court reconvenes in October.
Justice David Souter who has always disliked Washington will return to his native New Hampshire.
Obama is expected to replace Justice David Souter with a woman.
