What exactly do you take issue with? The fact that the media leans Republican? Because I can prove that with one example from this election. Look at the coverage of by the media of the Obama-Clinton rift, and then look at the completely non-existant coverage of the McCain-Paul rift and considering that the Republicans actually had an entirely seperate convention you would think that convention would have been covered–or at least mentioned by the MSM. I mean for god’s sake the convention was in the other twin city and yet there was NO COVERAGE. Could you even imagine if Clinton held her own convention?

Yea, I’m right, you know it.

As for lies by the McCain camp where do I start?

McCain and Palin have lied about Obama’s tax plan.

Palin has lied about her support for the bridge to nowhere (she supported it)

McCain disguestingly lied about a bill supported by Obama that teaches kindergartners about protecting themselves from child molesters (McCain said it was teaching children about sex)

McCain lied about the ex-CEO of Fannie Mae being an Obama Campaign Advisor, and also lied that taxpayer money went to the ex-CEO (the bailout happened this past week, well after the ceo was gone, genius)

Palin lied about being a reformer against pork–as mayor of her town she hired a lobbyist and sent him to Washington and he got $27 million in earmarks for her town of 7,000! Well beyond the national average, in fact it might even be a guiness world record.

Palin lied about the amount of energy Alaska supplies to the US–she said 20%, the actual percentage is 3.5%

The McCain campaign lied when they claimed that Obama called Palin a pig. It is obvious to anyone and everyone who heard what he said that he was using a Commonly-know phrase to describe the McCain/Palin’s recent change on reform. In fact McCain himself had even used the exact same saying earlier in the year when criticizing a healthcare proposal.

There are plenty more but I’ve had enough and I’m sure you have too now.

You calling Olbermann insane is pretty funny. It obvious you are the one who has a few screws loose.

You are mistaken as to why Olbermann was angered by the 9/11 footage played at the Republican Convention. What angered Olbermann and many independent voters such as myself was the fact that the Republicans specifically choose to show the planes exploding when hitting the buildings and also showed people jumping to their deaths.

To have a tribute video to 9/11 is one thing–to show the carnage and the deaths of people for political gain is not only disturbing, it is disgusting and frankly a round about way of trying to terrorize people into voting Republican.

The media is not “liberal”, far from it actually. The main reason why McCain receives the negative coverage that he does is because McCain and Palin have been lying through their teeth when it comes to just about everything.

Thankfully the public is starting to catch on and sees that the McCain/Palin ticket is willing to say anything and play scumball, gutter politics in order to win this election.

However, the sane American people will not let the insane, radical, extremist Republicans control the White House for the next 4 years.
