George Tiller:George Tiller Shot & Killed – Dr. George Tiller, who was a very well known doctor in Kansas whose clinic was in the media spotlight for performing late-term abortions, was killed today on his way to Wichita.According to the Wichita Eagle:
“Members of the congregation who were inside the sanctuary at the time of the shooting were being kept inside the church by police,and those arriving were being ushered into the parking lot.”
Dr. George Tiller’s killer was arrested and is currently in custody facing one count of murder and two counts of aggravated assault for threatening onlookers who tried to intervene.
