National Hurricane Center:Hurricane Fay Tracking Hurricane Fay Projected Path-National Hurricane Center in Miami,working tightly with NOAA.Gov have revealed that hurricane Fay/ tropical storm Fay is currently over the Florida Keys and it is pouring heavy rain and wind of 60 mph (97 kph).NOAA has explained via channel 7 news Miami and Fox 13 Tampa that Hurricane fay will sustain winds of 74 mph (119 kph) and when it hits the west coast of Florida early tomorrow morning.Let us be clear Tropical Storm Fay is not yet a hurricane but it has already killed 50 people on its path.Official in the Florida Keys (video below), are asking people to take the necessary measures and have declared a state of emergency.
NOAA has unveiled Hurricane Fay projected path and latest update :

FAY IS MOVING TOWARD THE NORTH-NORTHWEST NEAR 14 MPH…23 KM/HR. A TURN TOWARD THE NORTH WITH A SLOWER FORWARD SPEED IS EXPECTED LATER TODAY AND TONIGHT…WITH A GENERALLY NORTHWARD MOTION EXPECTED ON TUESDAY.

ON THE FORECAST TRACK…THE CENTER OF FAY SHOULD PASS OVER THE LOWER FLORIDA KEYS DURING THE NEXT FEW HOURS…AND BE NEAR THE SOUTHWEST COAST OF THE FLORIDA PENINSULA ON TUESDAY.

MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE NEAR 60 MPH…95 KM/HR…WITH HIGHER GUSTS.

SOME STRENGTHENING IS FORECAST DURING THE NEXT 24 HOURS…AND FAY IS FORECAST TO BECOME A HURRICANE AS IT NEARS THE SOUTHWESTERN FLORIDA COAST ON TUESDAY.

TROPICAL STORM FORCE WINDS EXTEND OUTWARD UP TO 115 MILES…185 KM FROM THE CENTER.

THE LATEST MINIMUM CENTRAL PRESSURE REPORTED BY AN AIR FORCE RESERVE HURRICANE HUNTER AIRCRAFT IS 1002 MB…29.62 INCHES.
