Jake Peavy:Jake Peavy Trade – Jake Peavy has joined the White Sox again thanks to a big contract worth over $56MM by the end of 2012.Peavy’s agent, Barry Axelrod said that the player accepted the deal because the Cubs and Dodgers did not make any moves due to his injuries.Axelrod added:
“Frankly I am flabbergasted that the White Sox would want to make this deal with him in his physical condition.”
If Peavy stays with the Sox until 2013 he will make $74MM.
