Janet Napolitano:Janet Napolitano Obama/Biden Administration? – Janet Napolitano will apparently be the Attorney General in the Obama/Biden administration.
Arizona Gov. Janet Napolitano said of the rumor:
You know, right now, I have a great job, and that’s — I’m not looking for a new job, and that’s as far as I go.

Her credentials as a border-state governor, former Arizona attorney general and U.S. attorney appear well-suited for the role of U.S. attorney general or secretary of Homeland Security, two positions with which Napolitano’s name is most frequently linked in published reports. In January, Obama called her “enormously talented,” and added, “I think anyone would be happy to have her working for them.”
Napolitano who is already a member of Obama’s transition team is starting to look more and more like a front runner for the post.

We should all be praying that Obama chooses Napolitano I went to college at Santa Clara University with Jan(et) — worked on the newspaper with her. Smart, funny, down-to-earth, and extremely compassionate and thoughtful then, don’t seem evidence that she’s ever changed. Think she and Obama would be able to work exceptionally well together — and yes, I think she could do a GREAT deal to restore the integrity of the Atty General’s office.
