John McCain VP Name Aug. 29:Mitt Romney,Joseph I. Lieberman?-John McCain will announce the name of his running mate/VP as he celebrates his 72nd birthday on August 29 in Ohio.McCain’s VP pick will be named the day after Barack Obama accepts the Democratic nomination in a Denver stadium.McCain will hold a 10,000 people rally in Dayton at Ervin J. Nutter Center, a sports and entertainment complex at Wright State University.John has yet to make a final decision, and is not expected to do so until after Obama announces his choice but Mitt Romney and Tim Pawlenty are prime contenders along with Sen. Joseph I. Lieberman.
