Jon Kyl 14th Amendment Repeal Support – The republican senator from Arizona, John Kyl stated today that Congress should repeal of the 14th Amendment to the U.S. and therefore deny citizenship to children born in the United States to illegal aliens.
The immigration rights issues are exploding over the birthright issue over the last few days.

Senator Lindsey Graham, republican from South Carolina was considering the introduction of a Constitutional amendment that would repeal a provision of the 14th amendment, which assures all children born in the United States are citizens even if their parents have arrived via illegal entry.

This issue over the 14th amendment may be the way for republicans to fight the Obama Administration against the Arizona immigration law.

Kyl stated regarding the victory against the immigration laws in Arizona that the decision was wrong. On the other side of the coin is Thomas Saenz, the president of the Mexican American Legal Defense and Educational Fund, that proclaimed his distaste of supporters of changing the 14th amendment going as far to say that the action is an assault on the credit that the US is a country of immigrants and has been since it was first created.

Sean Thibodeau at SusPack reports – Arizona Republicans Seek To Tear Down Statue of Liberty.

In a shocking move (well from Arizona these days, maybe not so shocking), the same Arizona Republicans that want to further enslave Mexicans and deny person born on United States soil (despite this being the law of the United States for 150 years) have asked that the Statue of Liberty be torn down. Announcing that they detest the pagan symbol of a Roman goddess and detest freedom, the Arizonians want to have a “pure” race so we need to rid the US of unwanteds.

Illegal immigrants have been abusing the birthright citizenship provision in the 14th amendment for way too long at an extememly high cost to the US taxpayers. It would be extememly stupid to allow this to go on given the financial hardships of this country.
