Facial features (i.e. lip or nose form), skin color,hair and even eye color are not controlled by dominant-recessive alleles. These are all polygenic traits coded for by more than one different gene.
This is why interracial individuals often, but not always because of meiosis, have traits intermediate between their parents. Won’t it be nice when we are all so intermingled these conversations can go away?
