Boston Celtics’ Leon Powe made a name for himself,earlier tonight on Game 2 of the 2008 NBA Finals,against the Los Angeles Lakers.Powe came from the bench and scored 21 points in less than 15 minutes.After the game,Powe said:
“I’ve got a job to do for this team.” “Whenever Doc calls on me, it’s my job to go out there and produce, be a constant professional.”
He also added:
“I was just happy to get in the game and just happy to be a part of this whole experience, because it’s been a long journey for me.”
Game 3 will take place on Tuesday.
