Los Angeles Earthquake Today – At around 5:00 PM today a magnitude 3.7 temblor hit the city of Los Angeles with thousands of residents saying that they felt the earth shake under their feet. California has been hit with a series of small earthquakes lately which included a seism rocking the Santa Monica Bay on Monday and another rocking the state last night around 2:00 AM.

More that 3,000 responses from Santa Monica, Los Angeles’ Westside neighborhoods, Culver City, Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach, Manhattan Beach, Torrance, El Segundo and the Palos Verdes Peninsula were immediately given to the U.S. Geological Survey’s “Did You Feel It?” survey site.
But according to reports the quake was felt farther inland, including in Lakewood, Compton, Long Beach and even parts of Orange County.
So far no damages and no injuries have been reported.
