Lottery Winner Was Not Supposed To Gamble

Timothy Elliott is the lucky winner of a $1 million lottery scratch ticket,but the only problem is ,he is not allowed to gamble.Elliott is a convicted bank robber who is on five years probation after pleading guilty in October 2006 to unarmed robbery for a January 2006 heist at a bank on Cape Cod.Under terms of his probation:

He “may not gamble, purchase lottery tickets or visit an establishment where gaming is conducted, including restaurants where Keno may be played.”

Timothy will face a Dec. 7 court hearing to find out whether not he violated his probation when he bought the lottery ticket.
Elliott has already collected the first of 20 annual $50,000 checks from the Massachusetts lottery commission.

      The lottery winning should go to him,let him pay back what he owes to the bank,and everyone else he owes,including attorneys.Since he was that lucky let him have it.It was a blessing for him ,it is my feeling it should not be taken away,perhaps it will make him a better person as a result.maybe it is time to change some laws on the book.
