Nancy Reagan Obama:Ronald Reagan Centennial Commission – Former First Lady Nancy Reagan (Nancy Regan) joined with President Obama in the Diplomatic Reception room at the White House today for the signing of the proclamation establishing the Ronald Reagan Centennial Commission.The commission has been created to organize activities to mark the 100th anniversary, in 2011, of President Reagan’s birth.
While leaving the room Mrs. Reagan said:
“You’re a lefty?”
Obama replied:
“I am a lefty.”
Obama added:
“Michelle,” “she just thinks the world of you.”
Mrs. Reagan will have lunch with First Lady Michelle Obama on Wednesday at the White House.
