Neo American Church:Sandra Feigley George Feigley-Neo American Church’s leader 68-year-old George Feigley who used to abuse children was released from prison but won’t be required to register as a sex offender.Sandra Feigley,his wife was convicted in 1975 on one count of corrupting the morals of minors.George Feigley was sentenced in the same year on charges of statutory rape, indecent assault and the corruption of minors. His conviction in 1975 predated the passage of Megan’s Law so he will not be required to register as a sex offender.Feigley’s Neo American Church operated a school in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania that authorities called a sex cult and was a front for sexual activity where kids were beaten and their genitals were pierced with a lock .
