I’m a Republican and I just want to thank all of you who see Obama for what he is. As much as I want our party to win I would have to concede the fact that a loss to Hillary would have been welcomed compared to the alternative. Keep the faith…Hilary will have hers in 4!!!

I also am a life long Democrat that will vote Republican this year in Pennsylvania. I may agree more with the Dems. on personal issues such as pro-choice however, I feel if Obama gets in there America is in total jeopardy therefore my personal choices won’t matter anyhow. I will chose Country First on Nov. 4th and live to fight another day.

I am a democrat voting for McCain/Palin. Obama is a wonderful speaker and he inspires many young people to vote. But thats as far as it goes, he doesn’t have the executive experience that is needed to run our great nation. I am afraid of what our country will have to endure in the near future, from the economic woes to the threat of terrorist acts. These things are real people!I don’t want a president who promises change, I’ve heard that before. Don’t tell me what you think I want to hear, tell me what I need to hear. The honest and ugly truth. We are a fragile nation at this time, we need tried and true leadership, not the rhetoric of a candidate who hasn’t been in the trenches. Obama, in 2012 I may vote for you, but for the sake of our futures show me who you really are.

I am supporting John McCain because the next four years will need someone strong on foreign policy, not an American Idol candidate. With despots all over the world wanting to make a move, it is important that you have a force to stop all foreign enemies from destroying the United States, Israel, & other friends of freedom. Barack Hussein Obama, on the other hand, is being supported by the worst despots in the world. Why enemies of the USA support Obama (ie Putin, Castro, Il, Amindinajad)? Because Obama will be the weakest foreign policy President ever.
Also Obama is the most arrogant politician to seek a public office. Since winning the nomination (via the DNC) his head is so far in the clouds that he hasnt seen his feet since clinching the nomination. The arrogance this man been acting is nausous. The fact that he draws crowds that can fill up the Rose Bowl goes back to third world leaders where no competion for the office is allowed. The fact that he is connected to ACORN from his community organizing days, has supported & is being supported by anti-white, anti-jewish, anti-American, anti-black for those who oppose their views, should be a red flag. The reason he has gotten this far because of money & a press corp that is so over the top for Obama since the primaries that you wonder how Hillary survived as long as she did or McCain is still making it a close race.
Despite a fawning press corp & money (some of the money raised is in question), Obama cannot close the deal. If not for talk radio & the alternative press, Obama would have won in the primaries in March & would have an average 25 point lead in the polls. The worst of the offending news organizations is MSNBC. You would think Obama is currently the President with an 90% approval rating. And anybody who doesnt support Obama is a bigger racist than the KKK. I dont oppose Obama because he is black, I oppose the Obama/Biden ticket because the change they bring will make America weaker economically, militarilly, & morally. Their change is one dreaded word that America fears…….SOCIALISM. That word means changing America from a responsibility country to a entitlement country. Does anybody notice the big crowds? That is from socialist countries. Obama embraces socialism. From huge tax increases, gutting the military, national healthcare, national banking, public housing, silencing opposition, he if elected bring Chicago Machine Politics to the White House, which most of America thinks is the most corrupt town at least for politics ever.
I say if Hillary Diane Rodham Clinton were the nominee, she would have a better chance to win because she will recapture the states her husband won in 1992 & 1996 & be competitve in blood red states. Obama, like Gore & Kerry will not win a single southern state & worse despite what the polls say, will lose mildly blue states because the states Hillary Clinton won in the primaries, will be closer than the polls say or be lost.
Being black doesnt mean an automatic vote for Obama. The race of a man doesnt mean an automatic victory. It should mean a bigger scrutiny because if you could be the first black president, your character should matter. But for many blacks, the race means more than character. Many blacks believe that Obama will just by winning the election, the black race will all of a sudden change for the better. For some, it will because they will go back to school & learn a lesson. But for many blacks, if in four years their condition doesnt change, it will a Messiah moment Obama wont like.
Leadership comes from wanting to be responsible for making dire decisions everyday. The McCain/Palin ticket has in the past questioned their own party & the opposition party on the issues that affect the people of our great land. Obama has not ever questioned his own party, especially in Chicago. Why? Because doing so will be costly politically. Obama is not a leader, just wanting the title to hide his lack of leadership skills.

i love hillary but i could care less if she begs me to vote for obama. i am my own woman and will not obey hillary’s call for us to back BO. i will never never vote for a spineless man. hillary got my vote and now palin will get my vote in nov. obama cannot be trusted and should not be elected as president. he’s only served a total of 143 days in the senate let’s not forget this. i want obama to have that couric interview because he’s never had one and the media is so inlove with this guy it’s sickening! they need to ask him tough questions like they did with hillary and sarah palin. so, if BO thinkss that he is getting hillary voters, he’s so wrong. this woman will vote for mccain/palin….and by the way, i’m not white!

anniemargret, I feel sorry for you and your child BUT no matter what OBAMA promises you concerning healthcare he will not be able to follow through. WHERE IS HE GETTING THE MONEY?? There will be no money and Im sorry I struggle and I have paid for my own ills all mny life as a single mom and have worked 60 hours a week to be able to pay my bills and keep food on the table, and I didnt ask for other people to pay for food for my children Im 60 years old and my furnace is at 55 during the winter and OBAMA wants us to cut down our heat. What would you and OBAMA like to put my furnace on this winter or next winter s my money that I work very hard for can help to pay your bills? There were days where I couldnt even walk to my car after work to be home. So As sorry as Ifeel for you… I feel sorry for all the other people that wokr 2 and 3 jobs to make ends meet and then have to pay for your or other’s healthcare. BUT NO REALLY WORRY ABOUT THAT because statistics show he cant do it!! HILLARY #1 FOREVER!

I guess both of you prefer living under socialism then? Its the reason I am not voting for Obama. He is a liberal/socialist and the last 40 years they have tried it their way and look where its gotten the US.

One of the reasons I am an independent – the freedom to think for myself and not be led around by the nose by a political party or ideology. Its what America is all about.
