Rick Perry Oops Moment, Stumbles At CNBC Debate

During the Republican debate in Michigan, Texas governor froze for a moment while trying to name three agencies, he would cut if he was president.

The moment may signal the end of any hope of seeing Perry go toe to toe with Mitt Romney when Republicans start voting in the primary in 2012.

After that the Texan politician tried to pull himself back up on the next question. His answer was good but probably not enough to erase the impression left by the freeze moment.

The moment provoked a lot of reactions on Twitter even some Perry supporters compared the moment to the Howard Dean scream in 2004.
