RNC Schedule Of Speakers:Palin Speech Time - RNC Schedule of speakers for Wednesday, Sept. 3. has been unveiled.Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin will speak between 9 and 10 pm, former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani, former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney and former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee will all headline the event. The speakers’ remarks will reflect the convention’s overall theme, “Country First,” and the theme for Wednesday’s events, which is “reform.” RNC Schedule of speakers are is as followed:
