Russ Martin Fired:Russ Martin Show Live 105.3 – Russ Martin has been fired from Live 105.3.The radio station made some big announcements today.
The station will be known as 105.3 The Fan, an all-sports talk radio station.
KLLI-FM announced its lineup would be anchored by the popular Jagger Show from 6 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., followed by market veteran Kevin Scott and former NFL and Texas A&M football player Greg Hill from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.The station’s midday show The Ben and Skin Show moves to the afternoon drive-time slot of 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. followed by Pete Stein and Mike Rodriguez from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Veteran Russ Martin is being fired for getting arrested on three misdemeanor charges in connection with an argument with his girlfriend last July.

He wasn’t fired for his legal issues. David Henry, station manager was quoted saying this. You should research something before publishing it

Russ did not get fired for his arrest. The station changed from a Normal talk station to a sports talk station.

First Pugs and Kelly..when I called the station was told they were on vacation…BULL!
Now Russ Martin who made so many laugh on drive home is gone. Replaced with BORING sports b/s. I have already found out where Pugs and Kelly are …now I just need another station…good luck with whatever it is you are searching for. Remember the old saying…IF IT AIN’T BROKE – DON’T FIX IT !!!!

What were these guys thinking? Change for the sake of change, I guess. Can’t wait for Russ to be back on soon with another station. Should be fun to hear him tell his side of the story ! 105.3 is officially off my dial…..

105.3 That was crazy!! I switched over to
a new station after they let Russ go.
After all Russ did for the police dept.and
the station.That was a stupid move on their
part! Now I’m searching for Russ on another
station. 105 sucks now!!! I skip right over it and hope I find Russ on some station.
