He’s whitewashed. Bleaching his skin, wears green contacts, straightens his hair. All he needs next is to blonde his hair and get a nose lift and he’s set.
So many people are whitewashed like him. Look at all the people in Japan and Korea who literally are coloring their hair bleach blonde nowadays.
This whole “white is right” mindset is a global problem that is directly a cause of centuries of european cultural domination on other cultures. The most dominant images in the American media for example, are white heroes, white beauty standards, white actors, white religious depictions.
There’s a documentary circulating the net which talks specifically about this issue. Google “The Modern Racist Paradigm”. This documentary gets right into the matter and is an effective insight for anyone who wants to see the bigger picture and how the white media plays a huge role in shaping the perception of the masses.

Some of the research put in the video is about 20 years old!This whole idea of the “race card” pisses me off because im not racist. Im white and i dont care if someone is black,white, or plaid as long as they are good people! The man had a problem with something and made a change. Who are we to judge or assume anything? He did it so what? What solutions are there for this? I think he just might need a little counciling to boost his self esteem and preventing him from getting too deep in this changing of his appearance. This is no time to hate but to show love to this man. Dominican i do understand that you might all be embarrassed but now is the time to to just show this brother love before its too late, some of us are just worried about what others think of us and get carried away in all this gossip… Please just send out words of advise instead of stressing this issue out.

i’m sure if he had perfect black skin he would never have done that. Acne and skin problem cause you to stress out and develop a low self esteem, people sometimes judge you by the appearance of your skin (Condition not colour),this is not a racial issue but finding comfort or confidence within ones self. its a fact. He made a choice so i think the dermatoligist should now step in and make sure they council Sammy and let him know his limit to this before it becomes an addiction.
