I did take a little getting used to at first as you have to spin it first to wind up the cord and then get the momentum going to keep it winding backwards and forwards - a bit like trying a yoyo for the first time but once you get it - I can do it with my eyes closed now- so do persevere if you decide to buy and don't first get the hang of it as it really does work. “Fantastic!!! My Spin Gym arrived today less than 48 hours after ordering so well done Ideal World. Now to the more important business… Just done my first 5 minute quick workout using the Spin Gym, and “WOW” I can feel it working already no exageration. “Wanted to buy this the first time it was on air but it was out of stock by the time I logged on to the computer! It works in the same way as the Whizzer toys we had as children in the ’50s and ’60s! They were always my favourite and I thought I could combine exercise with a bit of nostalgia!! Much more solid and definitely good exercise for the muscles but very good fun at the same time. So simple and so effective.

“I bought this spin-gym when it was last shown on Ideal World as I suffer from RSI from working on a computer all day – so having this little bit of kit in my handbag is great as I can do a 5 minute workout at my desk to relieve any aches and to strengthen the muscles in that area.
