Students Accused Of Battery With Freshly Baked Cookies

Two Southern Illinois University Edwardsville students have been charged with kidnapping and torturing a 19 year old man by burning him with freshly baked cookies.
According to the police the three men went to a home Friday to buy $400 worth of marijuana.
Before money could be exchanged, two of the men took the drugs and ran, leaving a 19 year-old behind.
When the men selling the pot realized what had happened, they began to torture the teen who was left behind using freshly baked cookies out of the oven an placing them on the teen’s chest and shoulders.
Then they used a fraternity-type paddle to strike the 19 year-old 10 times on his backside.
Both men have been charged with aggravated kidnapping, robbery, and battery and are out on $ 150,000 bond.
