Woman Wins Beauty Contest Despite Makeup Spiked

Ingrid Marie Rivera won a beauty pageant despite the fact that her gown and makeup were peppered sprayed before the event in Puerto Rico,yesterday.
Rivera was calm during her appearance before the cameras and the judges to become Miss Puerto Rico.But once backstage, she had to rip off her clothes and apply ice bags to her face and body, which swelled and broke out in hives twice.

“We thought at first it was an allergic reaction, or maybe nerves,” Rosario said. “But the second time, we knew it couldn’t have been a coincidence.”

Pageant organizers say they already have a suspect.Ingrid will be competing in the 2008 Miss Universe contest.
